3 mile run
Jog Sprints

  • Jog at 4.5 for 1 minute
  • Sprint at 8.2 for 1 minute
  • Repeat 6x


Repeat 3x
20 kettle bell swings (20lbs)
20 alternating lunge jumps 

Repeat 3x
20 weighted cross lunges
20 weighted step ups with knee raise
